Hi, my name is Amy!

 

I am a talent management and organizational effectiveness professional who is energized by the challenge of making strategy work in practice. What drives me is creating real impact for people, helping them develop as leaders, find fulfillment in their work, and reach their potential. I excel at taking ambitious organizational goals - whether a leadership development program or a talent management initiative - and breaking them down into clear, manageable steps that people can follow. I approach problems by asking: what's getting in the way of employee success, and how do we remove those barriers? I currently work as a Business Process Consultant at Completely, where I put this into practice, orchestrating everything behind the scenes for client engagements, workshops, and individual coaching. For me, good work means connecting vision to execution, staying organized so nothing falls through, and ensuring everyone understands what's happening and why.
